Janet Clayton Gallery Launch
After three years at Danks Street in Waterloo, the Janet Clayton Gallery is moving to greener pastures to 406 Oxford Street Paddington.
The doors to the fresh, new space will open this Saturday 23 May. Call in to see the gallery’s first exhibition in Paddington Evolution, a virtual roll call of gallery artists with past and recent examples of their work.
Embracing the change brought by a new location, the gallery has announced a new addition to its program. Each month, as well as the main exhibition, the gallery will feature one artist’s work and one genre. This month make sure to see the first featured artist, Sarah Tomasetti, and the featured genre, Artist Books and Concertinas.
The official launch party will be the following Sunday 7 June from 2 – 4pm. All are invited to mark this exciting new phase of the Janet Clayton Gallery.
